Define the specific needs of the client.

Identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that make the most sense for the client and develop a measurement system to collect the required data.

Investigate on the various problems or opportunities for improvement that client might have and identify the root-causes to be understand what the most efficient solutions will be to implement.

IMPROVE
Based on the root-cause analysis, make proposals of solutions that would positively impact the environmental performance of the client. The proposed solutions must be balanced from a cost-benefits-effort required point of vie wand only focus on what is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest to implement.

CONTROL
After the implementation of the solutions, control if this indeed has a positive impact, for instance check the evolutions of the Key Performance Indicators.
The platform
This service is also supported by a platform that allows to track the various steps and related tools used. But most of all this platform is equipped with a Dashboard so that the client can visualize its key performance indicators and share the results with its internal staff, sponsors or customers.
